| Pugs, pets and Vader win Super Bowl ads - Birmingham Business Journal Posted: 07 Feb 2011 11:01 PM PST Super Bowl viewers chimed in with their Super Bowl commercial favorites this year, and for the first time in 22 years, it's a tie. USA Today's annual Super Bowl Ad Meter found Bud Light and Doritos tied for the favorite commercial. The volunteers charted their second-by-second reactions to all the game's commercials using hand-held meters to register how much they liked or disliked what they were seeing. A first quarter Doritos ad where a pug breaks down a glass door on top of a boyfriend who was teasing it with chips, and a fourth quarter Bud Light ad with a dog sitter who puts the pooches to work each registered 8.35 out of a possible score of 10. The top five ads and their scores, according to USA Today's Super Bowl Ad Meter:

While animals mainly react based on instincts, humans are also instinctive. Think about the quick reflexes you may have when a Humans have the capacity to reason and think logically. Well, studies have clearly proven that so do some animals, such as monkeys. Dogs, for instance are also said to have the thinking capacity of a three year old child. So what is the main difference between us and our pets? Is there even a main difference or perhaps an array of mainy factors? Perhaps the difference between us and our pets is more simple than what it's cracked up to be.
